We are looking for great talent, forfutureopportunities. This is an evergreen / pipeline position, to help us proactively identify potential candidates forfutureopenings in Sales in EMEA.
The purpose of this role is to develop sales strategies and activities for our X-Rite business to meet and exceed company targets for sales, market share growth and profitability. Manage the Imaging & Media or Industrial Sales in any of our EMEA regions (North, Central, South or East).
Lead and develop a high performance Industrial Sales Channels network, forecast and achieve target sales volumes, revenue and profitability and develop pricing and sales strategies for the region.
Increase sales opportunities and aggressively develop new market segments.
Assist the Imaging & Media and Industrial Sales Channels in planning activities and setting objectives for developing X-Rite sales within assigned markets and territories.
Manage direct Key accounts and Manufacturers within the Packaging, Commercial printing, Flexo, Ink, Prepress, Automotive, Cosmetic, Food, Paint, Plastic and Textile industries.
Participate in the Marketing functions of X-Rite by providing input on industry trends and needs within X-Rite markets.
Represent X-Rite with major regional Key accounts and at trade shows and events.
BS or BA degree or equivalent experience in sales, technical, marketing or management science
Minimum 5 year of progressive responsibility, including 3 year of sales and market experience at a global industrial company
Experience/knowledge of color management in I&M or industrial environment or industrial color related supply chain or Packaging industry or Ink manufacturer.
Experience in growing sales at small and regional customers and dealers or distributors as well as large, complex organizations such as multi-national companies
Professional qualities in appearance and conduct in the office as well as on the road
Proven interpersonal and communication skills for constant interaction with end users and internal staff
High proficiency in English
Results Orientated: Ability to execute fast, accurate and professionals results with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments, structure, follow up and exceptional communications skills are essential
