What you’ll do
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits in GMP facilities across ANZ. Support Cytiva’s Bioprocessing equipment like AKTA Process & Ready as well as Xcellerex systems
Become familiar with our digital and automation offerings to eventually deliver, install and maintain these on-sites.
Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts, and managing cycle times, manage calibration records for tools, manage trunk stock.
Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
Delivering timely & outstanding scheduled maintenance services and installs of new equipment.
Who you are
Biomedical engineer or technician with >4yrs of field experience and wants to progress their career in a fast-growing industry.
Proven track record for leading and mentoring others
High attention to detail and have a desire to become a professional in working in GMP environments.
Ideally someone with proven experience in automation and digital solutions.
Passion to work in the Life Sciences research industry and want to make a difference.
Someone who takes initiative and loves to drive positive change with outstanding communication skill.
The ability to travel away from your home state for about 75% of the time (after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted) is needed. This travel will be to do maintenance and installation jobs across all states, training at various training centres and do on the job training with other specialists.
