Join our dynamic team as The Senior Global Supply Chain Project Manager (GSC PM)! You will be responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional critical initiatives. Be a key driver in the digitalization of our supply chain. The GSC PM will lead a variety of different types of projects including physical footprint changes, systems integrations, BPO arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

The successful candidate will have direct management responsibility for developing the tools to provide clarity in the physical movement of goods, performance, and costs across the supply chain. This will include management of a Business Intelligence analyst who will be building and sustaining the analytics platform.

Major Responsibilities

  • Single accountable party for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given critical initiative

  • Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit

  • Directs large-scale, sophisticated projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners

  • Accountable for one or more initiatives including business, operational, and IT deliverables

  • Directly leads all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with cross-functional teams to coordinate all phases of a project

  • Rigorously leads scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters

  • Validates financial forecasts and provides ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures

  • Develops communication plans and interfaces to complete responsibilities

  • Serves as a subject matter authority in routinely briefing key collaborators on different aspects of assigned initiatives

  • Represents the project in various project governance and inter-department forums

  • Chairs weekly Core Team and monthly Operating Committee meetings to review progress with key constituents

  • Defines and tracks project achievements while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

  • Develops the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts

  • Publishes periodic project status reports

  • Proposes recommendations and adjustments

Required Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5yrs + project management experience

  • 2yrs + people management and supervisory experience

Desired Education, Skills & Experience

  • German or Mandarin as a second language
