This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes only - there is only one position available.

Position summary:

In this role, you will work on improving global CRM activities, supporting the implementation of new features and functionalities on our Salesforce platform, handle customer requests and solve customer problems by providing strong customer focus, applying analytical skills and being solution oriented. This position will help to implement our requirements in the system, customize and modify the system to meet our company needs and support our business processes.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and document business requirements

  • Design technical specifications, using best practices and minimizing the need for custom coding

  • Provide internal CRM consulting, analyze data and processes to improve the business process to driving growth

  • Configure and customize our Salesforce platform to meet the internal customer requirements

  • Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules

  • Create test scenarios and do solution testing

  • Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues

  • Develop training materials; prepare and support admin, power and end user trainings

  • Support the set-up of integrations to existing business systems

  • Project management and project documentation

Qualifications:

We're looking for a hardworking professional with profound Salesforce platform and system implementation experience. Someone who has a commitment to customer focus, is action oriented and thrives in a global environment. This individual is a good communicator and teammate who understands business requirements and can translate them into technical solutions.

Education and/or Experience

  • BA or BS degree in a technically related field or equivalent technical work experience

  • 3+ years experience designing and developing effective and efficient technology solutions using CRM applications (preferred Salesforce platform)

  • Experience as Salesforce administrator, consultant or developer having strong knowledge of administration and configuration possibilities

  • Salesforce Development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.) experience a plus

  • Salesforce certification(s) a plus

  • Successful project management experience

  • Proven effectiveness in working with other associates in a global cross-functional team

  • Good English skills, German a plus

  • Occasional willingness to travel

The salary range for this role is $80k-$120kUSD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus, incentive pay.
