  • The Event Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the MEA marketing and commercial teams in Saudi Arabia from planning to executing events, KOL travel, compliance processes and marketing activities.

This position is part of the Saudi Marketing organization located in Saudi Arabia and will be a hybrid position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.You will be a part of the Marketing Team and report to the Saudi Marketing Manager responsible for all the event activities including managing all event activities including venues, invites, certificates, agendas, and KOL engagement. The event coordinator will coordinate with the commercial team on customer invitations and managing the compliance process to ensure that approvals are done beforehand. Coordination of the marketing materials between marketing and commercial needs.   • Coordinating with hotels and venues to execute booking for all internal and external company events.

  • Coordinate with travel agencies on the booking of KOL travel following the travel policy (including hotels, meals, transportation etc…)

  • Ensuring that the compliance process is followed for all events or travel including KOL travel ( coordination with commercial teams and data -entry)

  • Documentation and Record-keeping: Approved events and customer information are documented and maintained in a central system or database.

  • Managing marketing materials from identifying & printing the materials to disseminating them to customers via electronically or physically.

  • Support the marketing team the customer databse from marketing campaigns/ events

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications from a reputable university.

  • Strong skills in collaboration with remote internal and external stakeholders In a matrix organization, project management and planning

  • Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns, event management & digital marketing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects

  • Operates with transparency and is trusted

  • Demonstrates humility and self-awareness
