Danaher Corporation Customer Solution Manager in Roma, Italy

We are currently looking for a Customer Solution Manager, preferably based in Rome or Milan.

This is a brand-new role in which you will be responsible to define, plan and deliver activities and projects that will support the customer decision making process to ultimately boost sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifies patient / test pathways to highlight gaps and optimization possibilities. Produces detailed financial analysis that assemble the most critical gaps and proposes adequate Cepheid solutions to optimize costs and clinical benefits.

  • Creates locally based, relevant and clear visual outputs to demonstrate the impact of Cepheid tests and systems.

  • Cooperates with multiple internal stakeholders to understand and support winning strategies and business objectives.

  • Cultivates and maintains long-term and strategic working relationships within traditional and non-traditional healthcare entities, starting form clinical but including also administrative and laboratory professionals, as well as other key decision makers.

  • Organizes strategic meetings and local events to elaborate the company value proposition in front of the various Personas with the ultimate goal of reaching consensus and alignment to move the business forward

  • Designs strategic business plans with commercial colleagues to achieve committed growth targets. Develops business cases that can support commercial activities.

  • Supports & delivers presentations, reports and proposals in partnership with the commercial team on the value of Cepheid product.

Key requirements:

  • A scientific background would be a plus but it is not mandatory

  • At least 5 years medical clinical experience is required. A previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical or related industry is mandatory

  • Expertise in infection prevention and / or other clinical areas will be strongly considered

  • Strong understanding of reimbursement structure in traditional and non-traditional healthcare entities.

  • Proficient English is required

  • Familiar with a CRM application(s) such as Salesforce.com. Skilled in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in highly desirable

  • Willing to Travel up to 75% of the working time
