This position is part of our highly collaborative and creative e-commerce digital marketing team. As a key member of this team, you will be the Administrator responsible for Pall’s back-office product information management system, including both inRiver and the product database within Intershop. This includes understanding interface logic, troubleshooting, administrative tasks, building and maintaining a backlog of improvement requests, end user training and creation of training documents, and requirements gathering.
This person is the resident specialist on the administration of Intershop Back Office (eCommerce) as well as inRiver (PIM). Will work in Adobe AEM (CMS) to update product family information. Test and troubleshoot enhancements and issues with the eCommerce platform. Collect requests for enhancements, determine their level of effort, value and prioritize them. You will work with platform developers and owners to schedule improvements and lead tasks and projects as well as support SKU attribute maintenance.
Three or more years current professional experience with data analysis / eCommerce, PIM (Product Information Management), or CMS (Intershop, inRiver, or Adobe is preferred) as well as exposure to engineering controls.
Must be very detail oriented with ability to analyze and quickly identify any errors or inconsistencies in PIM data.
Strong user of online project management tools (such as MS Project, Zoho, Wrike, Podio and Excel.
Results oriented approach to tasks with strong analytical proficiency.
Experience with .NET or Java (or a related language) is a plus
BA / BS degree or equivalent professional experience
Must enjoy and actively desire to participate in requirements gathering and workshops, advocate for the best possible solutions while being a phenomenal teammate.
