The Sr. Talent Data Analyst plays a vital role across the company in supporting initiatives and projects aligned with Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Associate Engagement strategy. The Sr. Talent Data Analyst will help craft the future of Talent Management at Leica Biosystems by crafting and developing methodologies to coordinate our talent programs and determine the best tools to track, measure, monitor and provide meaningful analytics.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with
The design and delivery of all talent management metrics, reporting and analysis
You will also use data to capture patterns and trends and gain insights to set direction and guide colleagues through complex requirements, procedures and processes to enable Talent Management to optimize organizational goals.
Develop, interpret, and present a point of view and recommendation with respect to analytics/critical metrics and present findings and recommendations to partners and key leaders.
Evaluate ongoing analytical needs, recommend approaches, and establish vision and direction for ongoing work/improvements. Drive annual plan forward throughout the year checking in with partners throughout to adjust as needed. May work on system proposals and/or implementations.
Interact and collaborate with Exit Champion and HR partners to communicate, define and identify data needs, support or participate in Problem Solving Processes, trends/metrics and incorporate feedback to ensure services are being delivered according to business need.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
8+ years of work experience in process/analytically focused role, project management, ideally supporting HR processes and metrics
Proven success in partnering across a matrixed and decentralized company
Experience working in a lean / Kaizen culture with track record of utilizing this methodology as a business practice
Experience with data integration and manipulation from multiple sources
Experience with driving manual data collection process to automated (preferably in Power BI)
Strong Excel Experience
