Regional Aftersales Manager

Linx, is seeking a Regional Aftersales Manager – a dynamic and creative leader who drives growth in our aftersales business through our distribution partners in region.

This position is responsible for increasing the supplies and spares revenue and profitability in line with targets within the Linx distribution business within the Latin American Region. This entails managing and implementing tracking programs to retain and regain Linx supplies and spares business within the distribution businesses. This position will be a part of a global Aftersales team.

Your challenge

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to grow the aftersales business within region.

As a Regional Aftersales Manager at Linx , you will manage:

  • Revenue and margin target for the after sales business

  • Growth strategies for aftersales

  • Implementation of strategies and tactics for growth

  • Application of Standard Work and processes within Distribution partners in region

  • Regain opportunities of lost aftersales business

  • Analytical thinker who is able to review large amounts of data and derive relationships between various data points and formulate potential opportunity areas

  • Proactive and strategic thinker who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to bring forward and test new ideas and industry-leading practices to bring a better communications experience to our associates

  • Service-oriented, team player who seeks feedback to continuously improve programs

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiences

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

  • 5+ Years of working experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics

  • Experience and exposure in consumables or recurring business sales and business management

  • History of working in data driven sales analytics and strategic selling of consumables in a high volume, highly transactional and very competitive environment. It is desirable that the consumables and service are associated with capital good sales.

  • Has worked in Industrials or Manufacturing related industries.

  • Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
