What you’ll do

  • The main responsibility is to grow the G&Ds overall portfolio sales in your region, this includes driving direct kit developer opportunities & working with the consumables & channel teams on end user opportunities

  • Pro-actively search for new opportunities & follow up the ones being generated by our marketing team. Lead them to success directly or supporting other Cytiva teams.

  • Work closely with our customers R&D/technical departments with the help of our R&D/FAS/Product teams to bring the best solution & that accelerate our customers success.

  • Support our consumables & channel partners by facilitating trainings/support on our products & applications. Participate & influence on the strategy so we are top mind and we provide a best experience within Cytiva

  • Forecast orders and sales quarter over quarter within applicable sales funnel tools so we can provide the right product at the right time to our customers

  • Be a “product manager” on the field driving our new product introductions success in your region, provide market/technology insights, identify business development opportunities & overall drive the business long term success.

  • Build a network of key opinion and industry leaders and work collaboratively to gather insights, support online and offline marketing activities and build thought leadership positions in key application areas

Who you are

  • Successful commercial experience within Life Sciences market

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders & to work collaboratively across functions and geographies to drive execution

  • Experience listening and working together with customers finding their pain points and providing solutions

  • Good analytical skills as well as experience with sales tools such as Saleforce.com

  • Self-motivated, a team player and well organized

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to coordinate, lead and influence internal and external teams

  • BS degree in Life Sciences field, ideally masters or PHD degree in biology, biochemistry, immunology or molecular biology. Experience with magnetic beads or Next Generation Sequencing would be very appreciated
