The Production Operator I is responsible for operating rinse Line #1 or #2 Pilot Line Rinse/Dry.
This position is part of the Manufacturing Department and will be located in San Diego, CA.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Work with the Lot numbering system
Perform membrane sampling
Change out Rinse Tank filter
Utilize statistics using a computer
Must be able to evaluate tensile strength
Perform various tests, such as membrane and water flow test, air flow test, BP Hydrophilic testing, BP Hydrophobic testing, Wetability test
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 months work experience, preferable in an production environment.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage, draw and interpret bar graphs and understand basic statistics.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $16.35-$23.46 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
