We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician who will be responsible for support and troubleshooting escalations in a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Understand, willing to learn, and perform assembly of our liquid handling products
Implement engineering change instructions in production
Execute rework instructions for non-conforming material
Assembly of prototype and limited run design changes to validate assembly instructions and performance targets
The required qualifications for the job include:
AAS Electrical Engineering or similar engineering field
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment where you’ve assembled product, performed troubleshooting on failure assemblies and written process documentation
Ability to lift 20 plus pounds, must be hands on and willing to work on electrical and mechanical fixtures/production units
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems to component level
Ability to use measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
Experience with documentation and assembly of complex instrumentation which incorporate optical, mechanical, electrical, software, and liquid handling components
