Danaher Corporation Marketing Operations Manager in San Jose, California


  • Marketing Analytics – analyze the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns and content – digital vs non-digital. Help Marketing Managers plan their campaigns based on these insights and propose optimizations for campaigns and website. Get 360 view of customers/prospects on all our digital channels to draw insights that will help marketing improved customer engagement and lead generation. Measure and propose ways to optimize ROI/ROMI.

  • Design, help build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards and analysis to enable our team to leverage marketing reports and insights.

  • Develop system in better understanding cross-channel attribution and customer lifetime value.

  • Project Management - take on new projects to align with business initiatives and marketing process and tools enhancements e.g. eCommerce, chatbot, etc.

  • Prioritize the creation of new or updated of global web experiences, working with stakeholders from marketing and business teams across the company

  • Work with offshore web production team to manage updates to web properties

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute eCommerce roadmap and strategy against defined online targets.

  • Marketing automation and technologies - define and execute martech roadmap. Coordinate with internal marketing team’s needs and map out how to enable them using marketing technologies. Hands on experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot/Marketo required.

  • Direct the operation of the Content Management System (CMS) including workflows and governance for all website properties with good understanding of compliance (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Manage chatbot and develop engaging playbooks to enrich lead quality and conversion rate optimization.

  • Manage digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Chatbot, Personalization tools like (i.e. VWO, Google Optimize), CMS (i.e. Drupal) and Translation Management Systems.

  • Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and how to leverage data for segmentation.

  • Visibility – grow marketing database and monitor to improve engagement with the database.

  • Define audience strategy, an analysis framework and a roadmap to reach identified KPIs

  • Contribute to and support the development and execution of email, website personalization, social and paid channel audience strategies that enables the most effective use of the data assets


  • Working experience with: Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, CMS.

  • Experience using BI and data visualization tools (ie. PowerBI, Domo), and multi-touch attribution analytics & reporting.

  • Experience working on global websites, including localization and working with regional marketing managers.

  • Experience in eCommerce platforms (ie Shopify, Adobe Commerce, etc). Experience with multi-store, multi-lingual, and multi-currency e-commerce implementations.

  • Experience in audience management, 1st party data, segmentation, customer data platforms (CDP).

  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders.

  • Understanding of other integrated marketing channels including: email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and SEM/paid advertising.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


Bachelors Degree

Minimum 3 years of experience
