Danaher Corporation PPC Specialist in San Jose, California
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid media campaigns for global markets on PPC platforms including Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Execute audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copywriting and landing page testing and optimization.
Proactively research and identify the marketability of our products and apply it to paid growth tactics, audience targeting and copywriting
Implement and test automated bid strategies to achieve optimal campaign ROI
Manage campaign budgets within and across PPC platforms to optimize campaign ROI and daily pacing. Optimize and test for scalable performance across paid search and paid social campaign and ads, as required, in line with critical metrics and goals.
Eye for optimizing ad copy and ad formats, across PPC campaigns
Produce clear and accurate reporting on campaign performance data. Track daily, weekly & monthly critical metrics to find opportunities for improvement. Produce insights and recommendations on how to improve campaign and ad performance.
Coordinate regular reporting and planning meetings with Marketing Mangers to support growth
Keep abreast of SEM and PPC industry trends and developments
Hands on experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads.
Experience managing global based PPC campaigns.
Conversion funnel knowledge and overall understanding of optimizing PPC campaigns for pipeline and revenue growth
Experience writing compelling & engaging ad copy aligned with keywords and landing pages
Experience in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics and BI Tools to track performance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; the ability to quickly master Excel-based business and reporting tools
Strong project and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and multitask in face-paced environment
Creative thinker with the drive and skill to execute with minimal direction
Great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders
eComm PPC management and strategy, a plus
Account-based marketing (ABM) experience, a plus
SEO skills: on-page, off-page and technical SEO, a plus
Bachelors Degree or higher
Minimum 4 years of hands-on paid search and paid social experience
Google Ads certification required-other platform certifications (e.g. Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn marketing Strategy & Solutions Fundamentals).
