We are currently seeking an Imaging Product Manager located at our San Jose, CA site, reporting to the Director of Product Management.

What we’ll get you doing:

The Product Manager, Imaging will be responsible for overseeing the development, marketing, and lifecycle management of imaging products and solutions geared towards high content screening applications. Candidate will be responsible for defining and executing on the imaging road map to grow and expand our global high content screening business. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of HCS technologies, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market success.

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • Strategic Product Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product strategy. Lead the development and enhancement of imaging products for HCS, ensuring they meet market needs and customer requirements. Develop and execute product roadmaps, aligning them with the company's overall strategy and goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance in the market, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance product offerings and expanding product margins.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience and Technical expertise: Strong understanding of imaging technologies, high content screening, and related applications. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or in a customer facing imaging role

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – up to 25% globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proven subject matter expertise in high content screening instruments and AI based image analysis, including successful product launches in this market

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
