Provide sales operational reports. Lead analytics-based activities that support the sales team. Develops, establishes and directs sales training strategies and policies to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the sales organization. Determines and evaluates sales training needs for the organization. Develops sales training strategies. Develops and directs sales training curriculum, programs and procedures. Creates, organizes and conducts sales training sessions. Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate. Work with marketing team and product management to incorporate marketing strategy into training curriculum as well as supporting product launches. Will be coordinating the commercial growth room and shares best practices. Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques.

Responsibilities: * Partner with VP of Sales, RSMs and sales representatives to address New Hire Training – Onboarding, Product Training, ForteBio Sales 101 * Report and Maintain Monthly Sales Leaderboards/Visual Management boards * Develop tools for improving funnel health and forecasting processes * Work in conjunction with VP/RSMs to support Associates that need additional sales training * Travel in field to improve the ‘Great Demo’ process * Responsible for managing ForteBio training resource center for continual sustainable learning

o Internal training sessions for Sales Associates – Sales tools, SFDC, ADP o Coordinate new Product Launch trainings or new application areas with Marketing o Create external customer focused trainings that align with ForteBio initiatives o Support global roll out of ForteBio o Provide updates to product competitive tools/trainings
  • Provide coverage for Sales Managers on Vacation
  • Manage NA Sales Support Associates (SVL)
  • Provide VOC to PDV and Marketing
  • Become a certified trainer for ForteBio sales address negotiation and sales skills
  • Help plan and execute sales meetings
  • Up to 40% travel may be required

Qualification

  • 5 – 8 years experience in Sales Operations
  • 5 years experience at management level within Life Sciences field
  • Proven experience managing complex tasks including project management
  • Proven experience working with confidential or sensitive information
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP, Oracle 11i, SFDC
  • Results oriented – has track record for delivery results, takes ownership and is accountable
  • Stretch oriented – embraces and thrives on challenge
  • Continuous improvement oriented – participates in Kaizens, has familiarity with lean principles and how to apply them to HR value streams
  • Customer Service oriented – high sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to manage the staffing challenges associated within a commercial multi-site company.
