Danaher Corporation Senior Recruiter in San Jose, California

Responsible for recruitment of new personnel for possible employment. Review resumes of candidate pool for qualifications, experience and education. Conduct initial interview with candidate as required and prepares and delivers job offers to selected candidates. Maintain all recruiting records, policy deployment and benchmarking statistics, and documentation as required (e.g., affirmative action and EEOC guidelines). Manages candidate tracking system. May manage related talent programs including relocation. Works closely with external sourcing partners. Work with HR and management on forecasting and planning headcount.
