Responsible for independently performing testing, commissioning, and service of Pall’s Filtration and Separation Systems. Will be assigned to multiple projects. Will act as “Lead” for Commissioning and Service providing technical advice and solutions to mechanical and electrical contractors. Systems are generally integrated into a complete process system utilizing tanks, pumps, compressors, drives, automated valves, process + analytical instrumentation interfaced to a PLC based control system with a graphical user interface front end.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:

• Responsible for testing, commissioning, final acceptance and troubleshooting all systems hardware including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. Must implement design modifications in agreement with the Project Engineering Team and Change Control procedures

• Responsible for the generation and implementation of written Commissioning Procedures, including Dry and Wet Test documentation and FAT/SAT/Acceptance test procedures.

• Responsible for training customer personnel in the proper operation of the Pall System. Must prepare training materials for various Pall Systems Technologies, including the provision of Standard Service Products relating to the specific technology platform

Qualifications/Education:

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Instrumentation or Electrical - Mechatronic).

• 5-6 years of relevant experience

• Good communication in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi/German will be an added advantage.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of filtration or similar process equipment systems within liquid Food & Beverage / (FMCG) sector

Ability and willingness to work in a multinational and interdisciplinary team with a high degree of agility, travelling both domestically and internationally for extended periods, potentially on short notice
