Danaher Corporation Organizational Development Specialist in Sao Paulo, Brazil
The professional will be responsible, primarily, for conducting selection processes ensuring the quality of the entire Talent Acquisition cycle including but not limited to: profile alignment, understanding of the culture of the requesting area, posting the position in diverse channels, screening CVs, conducting interviews, application of case studies, continuous feedback to managers and candidates and monitoring of contractors in order to give more agility to the process of integration of the new employee to the culture of the company.
Requirements:• Must have proven experience in conducting complex selection processes (specialist positions and management levels)• Mastery in conducting behavioral interviews, applying case studies and, preferably, having knowledge of tools such as LDW, DISC, MBTi, among others• KPI ́s• Desirable to have knowledge or have already worked in the area of Training and Development• Experience in multinational companies • Advanced English and Spanish is mandatory!• Complete higher education in Psychology or related areas

Acting as the subject matter expert on end-to-end processes, anticipating patterns and connections across HR disciplines, and looks beyond the immediate horizon to the wider decisions.
Work based in discipline to triage and achieve the targets within the goals defined delivery. Strong focus on diversity and inclusion across the different processes. Management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions, such as people analytics.
