The Global Product Manager of Instrument Management works cross-functionally to drive one of Hach’s highest strategic priorities by defining the roadmap and identifying growth opportunities to increase the value of, and differentiate, Hach’s market-leading portfolio of instruments with new software solutions! These instruments help water professionals more efficiently manage their water treatment processes and meet regulatory requirements.
This role will be responsible will utilize your SaaS/SAFe background, working cross functionally to define the future vision of the Instrument Management segment of the Claros business at Hach which includes handling aspects of Portfolio Development & Management, Global Commercialization and Product Lifecycle Management to define a product vision for our software products.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Identify and communicate vision for their product that aligns with MVP strategy, applying SaaS/SAFe terminology
Assess customer needs, perform market research, gather business partner needs and suggest features for digital products
Gather data from qualitative and quantitative analysis to align roadmaps with customer centric outcomes and business metrics
Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
Work with executive strategy team, product owners, and technical teams to gain alignment on product vision and roadmaps
Work across the business to prioritize initiatives/features, prioritize work for product increments, and present on product roadmaps
Present clear and well-defined goals for both short and long term roadmaps
Participate in solution strategy process to ensure that solutions being defined align with increment goals
Work with product and business owners to ensure feature prioritization is representative of the product roadmap
Track and manage metrics to measure product performance (e.g. customer satisfaction, churn, ARR etc.)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working on a product team, preferably with direct experience as a Product Manager
Understanding of agile methodologies, SaaS/SAFe and scrum frameworks
Experience implementing product analytics supporting analysis of: field-level funnel drop-off, feature impact analysis, segmentation of users by properties and behaviors, first touch attribution and key metric alerting
Experience with driving user adoption of a digital product
Ability to translate customer needs into desired product capabilities
The salary range for this role is 94K - 120K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
