Job Title: Senior Analyst, Sales Pricing Agreements

Location: USA, Remote

The primary role of this position is to encourage customer loyalty and increasing share of IDT as a prime supplier with the help of Sales Pricing Agreements (SPA). The Sr. Pricing Analyst, Sales Pricing Agreements, governs the global sales and purchase agreement (SPA) pricing processes and policies in collaboration with leaders from Sales, Marketing and Finance, provides analytical insights and recommends adjustments to sustain profitable growth in the regions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Governs all global sales and purchase agreement (SPA) pricing processes that cover the special terms and discounts granted to customers or customer groups on national level (including volume discounts, special freight and payment terms)

  • Enables the local teams to utilize CRM and ERP applications to setup, extend or terminate sales and purchase agreements (SPA) in a structured and efficient way

  • Standardizes the communication with customers

  • Ensures standard work is applied across all regions (North America, EMEA, China, and APAC)

  • Identifies training needs, provides training resources, and shares best practices

  • Provides analytical insights into sales and purchase agreements (SPA) for local Sales leaders to identify growth and profit optimization potential

  • Governs the approval process for sales and purchase agreement (SPA) discounts, maintains approval rules in CRM/ERP systems, and verifies process compliance (audits).

  • Governs the Global Discount Groups structure to standardize sales and purchase agreement (SPA) across sales regions and dynamically adjusts Global Discount Groups to optimize revenues and profits

  • Closely collaborates with internal and external IT consultants to maintain, improve and adjust IT systems

  • Uses Danaher Business System (Six Sigma) tools to continuously improve internal processes, foster process adherence, enable change, and share best practices.

    Education:

  • BS or BA in business, accounting, finance, or a related field required.

  • Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years successful experience in an analytical commercial role or comparable roles

  • Experience in ERP systems like Power BI

  • Experience in Salesforce.com or other CRM

  • Solid experience in Business intelligence tools and/or reporting software applications
