Danaher Corporation Tele Lead Generation Manager (m/f/d) in Selmsdorf, Germany

You will lead, develop and grow a global team of tele sales specialists to support FOBA’s growth targets. You are an integral part of the marketing team and a strong partner to the sales team. Your main focus will be on executing operational activities, lead generation and prospect and customer nurturing activities to generate incremental revenue.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the tele marketing team, coach and grow their competencies and behaviors to help meet their career aspirations and company targets.

  • Work closely with the marketing team leaders to develop new ways to increase awareness around FOBA products and to improve the lead qualification process to deliver incremental revenue.

  • Generate, qualify and nurture leads through digital/e-mailing/phone (inbound/outbound).

  • Partner with the team and lead change programs to solve campaign and lead generation gaps and to improve process, actions and results.

  • Develop strategies to enhance opportunities to deliver incremental revenue.

    Your Qualification

    You are driven, self-motivated and energetic and have a natural openness to learning.You are an inspiring and caring People Leader who loves to grow and develop people and teams. Working as part of a close-knit team, you are team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed. You have experience in outbound lead generation programs, revenue driven marketing activities as well as influencing change through your passion for data.

  • Motivated and competitive professional with a strong drive to succeed and a natural hunter of new business

  • Background in marketing and/or sales in a direct market, B2B, B2B2C preferable

  • Successful experience in lead generation programs (ideally tele sales programs)

  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Salesforce could be an advantage)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (esp. phone-based communcation)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
