Danaher Corporation Commercial Operations Manager in Seoul, South Korea

Define, manage and continuously improve Commercial Operation team: Deliver results/metricsincluding regular reporting of performance versus plan, Visual and Daily Management forimprovement as necessary with other WQ APAC business Lead Sales Enablement functions in the region: Work with Sales leadership team to create a salesenablement processes such as training, development, sales force effectiveness to grow sales in theregion by 2X in the 3 years Strengthen the Order to Cash Cycle: Continually strives to develop centers of excellence tooptimize the current Order to Cash (OTC) Cycle for the business with strong focus on quotes andbid process. Own the pricing strategy for the region: Study current pricing for Water Quality products in theregion and create a strategy for optimizing product portfolio mix and profitability. Create roadmapfor business changes and drive implementation in the region as per proposed timeline. Strategic Analytics: Use data from SalesForce.Com(SFDC), Oracle, financial reports and othersources to provide insights and recommendations to the General Manager for prioritized actions toimprove profitability.

 Lead the local launch of new products within the product line of assigned market vertical Lead Product certification process Supervise Chemical Compliance related to K-Reach, CCA, MSDS and etc. Drive continuous backend process improvement and its Kaizen Ad-hoc work when required.
