Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support Statutory and local Tax filing and completion on timely manner

• Complete US GAAP monthly closing and reporting processes with high quality, coordinating with Accounting Teams

• Complete account reconciliation on assigned accounts with high quality

• Support Danaher Sox testing, internal audit and external audit, own the timely closure of the open items/defects and proactively work to prevent future issues/manage risk

• Lead monthly balance sheet deep dive and Danaher Annual Balance Sheet Review Program.

• Complete and maintain Local Stat Book and reconciliation between the US GAAP book and Local STAT book

• Support US tax close requested documents/reporting

• Lead annual inventory PI process

• Supports Korea controller to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the work performed by the Shared Service team and implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related preferred

• At least 5-8 years’ experience in accounting, controllership, finance position, working experience in multinational companies is preferred

• Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

• Excellent communication skills; Written & verbal fluency in both English and Korean.

• Strong ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

• Demonstrated ability to liaise with business leaders and colleagues at all levels in cross-functional environment

• Proficient with Oracle and BI tools

• Committed person, and accountable for the deliverables
