Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Financial Performance- Accountable to achieve orders & sales OP target for accounts/territory.

  • Business Planning - Create a business plan for territory/assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies & targets.

  • Relationships - Build strong relationships & formulate account strategies to continuously strengthen relationships within the assigned territories/account.

  • Provide feedback to the wider commercial teams on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.

  • Work and communicate closely with Global and APAC team to set strategies, execute strategies & tactics, report numbers, share best practices and get any kind of help & solutions.

  • Responsible for providing pre and post-sale support, product demonstrations, seminars, trainings and supporting territory sales objectives for customers, sales team and channel partners

  • Technical Expertise - Continuously develop and learn about your portfolio and related sales skills to drive business in a compliant way

  • Tools - Create and maintain customer contact records, opportunities and projects/forecasts in the relevant CRM tools.

    The essential requirements of the job include

  • A strong team player/ with an ability to work strong cross-functionally for success in the life sciences/applied markets arena

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum 3 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (Previous experience in Applied Markets, Life Sciences, biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field experience mandatory

  • Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player who can work autonomously.
