Danaher Corporation Marketing Communication in Seoul, South Korea

Position Summary:

Be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a company’s marketing, social media, branding, and communication activities for internal and external customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Marketing communication for internal and external

  • Implement organization's strategic and communications plans

  • Communicate a message to the desired market and customer segment through various channels and creating relevant contents

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing, social media, branding, and communication activities

  • Carry out execution of promotional and educational videos, organization of communications for industry-specific events and trade shows, and production of targeted email campaigns.

  • Plan marketing events including budget and short and long-term strategy

  • Create and maintain consistent corporate brand/image voice cross product lines, events

  • Supervise website and blogs, SNS on a daily basis, and also perform analytics reviews

  • Align with brand style guide and provide creativity support for various artwork and video production

  • Work with Marketing for local campaign support

  • Support, plan and implementation of events including meetings, exhibitions and seminars

  • Align with stakeholders in APAC, HGM & Global marketing team

  • Support commercial team for public relation implementation

  • Support marketing in developing Standard Work for all disciplines in Customer Programs

  • Support other related departmental needs with supervisor approval

    • Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree and four years experience working in related field

  • At least 1 years of marketing communication experience

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in Korean and English

  • Experience with various advertising campaigns, including B2B and B2C

  • Experience working with Photoshop and other image & content management tools

  • Strong experience with social media marketing campaign

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Good knowledge of Google / Naver Analytics tools

  • Ability to work effectively with MS Office package

  • Ability to work independently, self motivated
