What you’ll do
We are looking for Research&CGT Key account manager, responsible for growth of sales and profitability through maintaining and growing relationship with assigned key accounts and responsible for customer relationship improvement and customer base increase!
The key account manager represents specific range of company products and services to assigned customers based on geography, customer segment, and/or market.
The key account manager reports to the commercial leader of Research&CGT KAM team of Cytiva Korea!
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Establishes productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned key accounts.
Provides strategic and tactical planning to successfully manage in key accounts, deliver sales and order targets, monitor the success of commercial promotion campaigns and provide regular and accurate reporting.
Improve sales orders, margin, market share, customer happiness of given products, services, and business solutions.
Monitors and analyzes sales performance and evaluates sales funnels of assigned key accounts for accurate forecasting on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for driving efficient operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline, including design in initiatives, as well as forecasting performance against Operating Plan
Support our key customer relationships and sales activities. Continuously drive Voice of the Customer (VOC) into all parts of the business to ensure customers' interests are prominently positioned.
Leads solution development efforts that the best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company.
Working with various team members from other departments including modality, application, service, finance, logistics, marketing and etc. to ensure customer needs are met and Cytiva’s goal is achieved
Who you are
+3 years of proven experience in sales of products and services for life sciences research and/or manufacturing
Technical expertise in life science research domain
Bachelor’s degree in life science related subject.
Selling and negotiating skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
English communication and computer skills for data analysis and report generation.
Knowledge of market place and appreciation of business environment.
Team working skills including ability to prioritize and lead a project team to achieve goal.
Master degree in related subject.
