Job Description

  • Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.

  • Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

  • Sales: Generate Leads/ Close Orders - 70%

  • Business Development: Understand Customer Technology and Process – 10%

  • Focus on Bottom-Line: Manage AR/DSO – 5%

  • Market Intelligence: Competitor Info/ Customer Info – 10%

  • Administrative – 5%

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales

  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

  • Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports

  • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel 10% to 30% of the time, depending on the position and sales role

  • Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
