Promote and sell our company Products to customers, explore new business opportunities in Korea; work closely as a team together with other account managers, specialists, service engineers and CAS members so as to achieve Korea’s annual sales targets; promote sales logistics; lead training facilities for dealers and customers.
Essential Jobs Functions:
Promote sales to exiting clients. Report and support of market survey, analysis and plan to manager for efficient sales. Plan the strategy of selling the product. Submit weekly report, monthly report, activity plan and sales forecast on time. Support and arrange to instrument application and service, education for customer satisfaction Make up customer profile and follow up distributor target. Minimum 25 years of experience in sales preferred Experience in pathology or diagnostics field is a plus Good conduct of computer based tasks (presentation/excel/document) Good command of written and spoken English Good communication skill Strategic view and mind set Result-oriented and willingness to take initiatives for results Learning attitude Leadership across departments and teams. Good at time management and project management.

Education – Participate in product education program as many as possible.
Experience – Sales experience, 25 yrs.
Required Skill – Ability to manage key sales accounts within product range or assigned district; pursue prospects promote products; offer solutions and achieve sales targets; supervise operation teams; supervise and monitor dedicated specialist’s routine jobs in supporting local customers. Strong language proficiency in English and good PC skills
Preferred Skills - Ability to demonstrate top tier selling and customer handling skills and illustrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and ensure understanding of the same. Lead, provide advice and organize training programs for Technical Sales Specialists to ensure product knowledge and skill is acquired timely in order to carry out apps and technical support.
