Danaher Corporation Senior Accountant in Seoul, South Korea
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Being the key role in finance organization in KOR to be responsible for full sets of accounts for Pall Korea across all finance functions including AP/AR/GL/FA/IC with CFS KL team
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting in a “no surprise” environment
Responsibility for maintaining internal financial controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and statutory audits and Danaher Internal Audits
Work closely with local tax agent to ensure on time submission of corporate tax, and other tax queries; manage VAT submission
Ensure a sound control environment across the entities and personally be a champion for compliance, zero tolerance, and transparency
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience working in finance and accounting at a multinational company, including experience with month-end closing under US GAAP and IFRS.
Experience using SAP, Hyperion, or Onestream. - Experience with at least one of these tools is required.
Experience with SOX compliance (including K-SOX).
