Are you looking to be a part in ensuring the success of field staff and delivery of customer satisfaction ? In playing a key role in supporting the Service sales team in SFDC (Salesforce system) funnel management to drive revenue recognition orders and in generating contract orders ?

This Service Administrator is responsible for customers call handling, data input and maintenance of the various business systems, creating and maintenance of database system and administering of service contract business through quotations generation and preparation of service agreements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for part ordering for engineers and in working closely with planner and logistics on delivery and in ensuring for parts return to Asian distribution center on a timely manner.

  • Monitoring, scheduling and distributing of planned maintenance calls and other service calls amongst engineers, this including executing on customers’ requests via phone, fax, email and other electronic means

  • Execution and improvement; reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly and all status for contract orders and KPIs in Oracle and SFDC

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience with prior experience in handling tender documents required by government boards will be highly advantageous

  • Experience in Oracle ERP and Basic Microsoft office is preferred

  • Experience in managing complex tasks with good communication and organizational skills.
