What you’ll do
Performing administrative duties including answering customer calls by phone and Kakaoplus, issuing quotations, raising PO, past due payment follow-up, new customer creation request(KYC), and customer’s purchasing system management.
WorkOrder management in ServiceMax
Order management process including creating sales order for Billable calls, creating dealer parts order, invoicing sales orders and issuing tax invoices.
Responsible for quarterly dealer commission payment
Owns responsibility for RePurposed workflow procedure
Who you are
Interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
May provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.
