Position Objective Direct responsibility of quarterly and annual targets for Dongjin Semichem, Display OEM customers and support to Display Panel makers and other display market in Korea. • Dongjin Semichem(Balan, Incheon) ; Display Bulk Chemical (Photoresist, Adhesive, Display etchant, Stripper, Polyimid, Liquid crystal..etc) • STI(Yongin) for Display CDS, Developer, Cassette Cleaner tool • Naraenanotech(Yongin) for Display TFT/CF Coater, High viscosity PI Tool. • The purpose of this role is to create new opportunity and achievement with new application, new product imitative to growth Micro E Display market. • Provide technical sales to customer through the co-work with team, marketing and R&D related business. • To support existing customers to refresh their existing processes with Pall products. Essential Job Functions: • Create new opportunity to promote existing and new product to increase the market share (50%) • Meet or exceed individual target and defined KPIs (20%) • Growth the individual technical and Sales skill up (10%) • Coordinate with team member for improving sales funnel phase (10%) • Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visit by CRM data base. (10%)
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree for Microelectronics • At least 5 years’ experience in Microelectronics technical engineers, sales, especially for Display and Semiconductor business (Bulk Chemical, Panel makers, OEM makers) • Office Skills- MS, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Fluency in the English language Position Competencies • In -depth understanding of general Display process • Capable of engaging the customer to discuss their process and needs. • Customer orientated to build collaborative relationship • Fostering teamwork and empowering others • Interpersonal awareness to notice, interpret and anticipate others’ concerns and feelings • Analytical and strategic thinking to tackle problems, anticipate situations and take appropriate actions to prepare for possible contingencies • Results oriented to ensure we meet our AOP and set targets • Attention to communication to ensure information is being passed on to people who should be kept informed Other Requirements • To work safely and to comply with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
