Danaher Corporation Sr. Sales Rep, Automation in Seoul, South Korea
Promote and sell the complete line of Automation and Genomics Products to customers under direct responsibilities; explore new business opportunities in Korea; work closely as a team together with other account managers, specialists, service engineers and customer service team to achieve Korea’s annual sales targets; promote sales logistics
Provide technical, application and market support for pre-sales and after-sales for direct operations as well as channel partners’ region. Supervise and lead dedicated product specialists in supporting local apps and technical issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Promote Automation and Genomics products in assigned territory to achieve sales target for both revenue and profit.
Be the regions expert in apps and technical in Automation and Genomics products.
Provide technical pre-sales and after sales support either direct interface with customers or together with sales personnel.
Local Sales Management for Korean channel partners
Develop and expand customer relationships to generate business opportunities.
Develop and acquire strategic key accounts as well as key orders. Submit monthly report, activity plan and sales forecast on time.
Provide technical and marketing support to Automation and Genomics products.
Teamwork with other BEC LS employees to achieve customer satisfaction.
Implement and Support of related additional responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
Participate and support in the quality system of organization.
Master degree or Equivalent in Biotech or Science related field.
10+ Years experiences in life sciences industry
ability to manage key sales accounts within product range or assigned district
Ability to pursue prospects promote products;
Ability to offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
Good presentation skills
Proficiency in English
Knowledge and experience of automation and genomics product
Experience of using liquid handler
Experience as bio-raelted researcher, or Automation Application Specialist
Ability to supervise and guide other sales reps
Experience in MNC
