The primary function of the role is to provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process. Responsible for the development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders and Order Changes.

Responsibilities:
Review the RFQ
Prepare the Sizing Sheet & Technical proposal for EPC Customer
Review Mechanical Engineering design aspects
Review the costing with Sourcing team for Vessels and create the database
Visit to Customer (EPC / FT companies) / Vessel Vendors on clearing technical points as and when necessary
Responsible for clearing technical queries, clarifications required if any from customer
Responsible for Raising the RA ( if Value is above 250K) and get the cost approval from Sales
Responsible for sending the Quotation to Customer
Responsible for raising the POR based on the POR form sent by Sales
Responsible for raising the EPMS based on the data furnished by Sales
Coordinate with Com-Ops team.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / EPC & related industry with proposal experience as an Application Engineer
Good understanding of mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics concepts
Good communication & presentation skills
