Danaher Corporation Associate Principal Refrigeration Engineer in Shanghai, China
Participate in new product development that includs system level requirement decomposes, concept and prototype development, integration, test, verification & validation, design transfer, DHF creation etc.
Participate in product transferring and sustaining support.
Be responsible for refrigeration / thermal module detail design, testing and manufacturing preparation. Be responsible for 3D modelling, 2D engineering drawing, BOMs, mock-ups, tooling, testing as required per project assigned, maintain accurate CAD data and documents by using the SAP system.
Schedule module task plan in project Visual Project Management Kaizan as module owner; Execute and track task plan; Control task delivery and risk.
Contribute idea in innovation; confirm IP FTO.
Work with cross-functional team to ensure product design meets the requirement for manufacturing, quality, cost, service, and regulation.
Assist supply chain selection and production process (assembly and inspection) development.
