Strategic/innovation project management

• Figure out opportunities for business growth through innovation projects

• Organize project team and manage multi-stakeholders to fulfill project deliverables

• Identify and resolve obstacles to complete project on time

• Facilitate project team in building project structure and implementation

  Market Insight through Understanding of the Business Environment

• Multidimensional accurate data analysis and data interpretation to help business decision making

• Synthesizes data from multiple sources to address complex business questions

• Filter and “Clean” data, and review reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems

  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification:

Academic / Professional qualification

Bachelor degree and above，MBA is a Plus

Working experience

3-5 years’ exposure in healthcare industry with outstanding sales achievement or product management experience.

Or project management and innovation experience outside healthcare industry with strong business sense and learning agility.

• Proven project management skills to meet requirement from business

• Demonstrated risk management and analytical skills

• Powerful influence ability and high level of integrity

• Proficient in oral and written English

• Excellent in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
