Responsibilities 职责

装配技术员将负责严格按照作业指导书、图纸和程序文件、生产过程设定的操作时间进行作业,100%完成生产计划和制造出符合质量标准的产品,并确保工作过程符合EHS、5S、Kanban的要求。

The role will be responsible for following work instruction, quality requirements and routing strictly, ensure 100% meet production plan, ensure that products meet the requirements of quality standards and follow Kanban, 5S, EHS requirement as required.

Key responsibilities主要职责

  • 结合生产主管和组长设定的目标进行生产,满足生产计划需要

Work with production supervisor and team leader to meet production plan needs.

  • 严格按照作业指导书、图纸和程序文件进行作业

Perform operations strictly according to work instructions, drawings and procedures.

  • 确保生产产品符合质量标准要求

Ensure that products meet the requirements of quality standards

  • 能解决在生产过程中出现的问题,如问题不能解决,及时汇报并不断寻求解决方法

Be able to solve the problems in the production process. if can not be solved, Technician should report to the supervisor in time and keep seeking solutions.

  • 培训其他新员工

Training other new employees

  • 提高和保持现场的5S,遵守物料管理规定,安全操作规定

Improve and maintain 5S on site, comply with material management regulations and safety regulations

  • 执行上级安排的其他工作

Other work assigned by supervisor.

Assembly Technician Qualifications装配技术员任职资格

  • 初中以上学历,有至少一年装配的工作经验,能看懂英文的优先考虑

Junior high school education, Over 1 years relevant experience related to Assembly instrument, nice to have basic English, know simple English words and read simple sentences.

  • 能够按标准作业程序的要求装配

Assemble as required by standard operating procedures

  • 掌握焊接技能,能看懂装配图纸(优先考虑)

Nice to have soldering skill and easy to read assemble drawing.

  • 诚实守信,自觉主动,有责任心.具备团队协作意识,面对新状况时能迅速领悟学习能力.

Honest, trustworthy, self-starter and responsibility. Good Teamwork, quick learning when facing new situations.

  • 具有良好的质量意识和较好的5S习惯

Have good quality sense and 5S knowledge.

  • 能够承受工作的压力,能够完成个人项目目标,配合OT和轮班制工作安排

Stand up working, Personal performance score, OT request, 2 shifts working
