Danaher Corporation channel supervisor in Shanghai, China

  • Purpose/Objective:

  • Be responsible for all functions related to channel management to support the channel business model with compliance and integrity

  • Ensure all Channel Partners Compliance for business long term development

  • Handle the activities of distributor appointment, renew, changes and termination to support the business

  • Provide bidding support and other channel management related support for sales team to daily sales activities.

  • Support sales team by providing distributor performance analysis for better managment

  • Organize distributor related project to support distributor development

Area of Responsibilities:

Enforce the standards in Channel Partners applications, such as appointment, renew, changes and termination, including Distributor, Reseller and IE Company. Closely work with Legal, RA and Sales team, complete the proper due diligence on the documents prior to approvals. Achieve the outcome of these applications on time. Ensure partner compliance with partner agreement and 3rd party analysis report, as well as distributor agreement annual renewal process for risk management. Handle payment for third party legal due diligence report fee and keep tracking. Overall check on the termination distributors with commercial, financial and other aspects to ensure all the process are reviewed and comply to company policy. Maintain Channel Partner List with Channel Partners’ contact, authorization, license and other information to ensure the data completeness and connection Correctly issue and file all distributor related documents, such as Distributor Agreement,

Authorization Letter and basic information to ensure the data completeness and accuracy for further usage

Evaluate distributor performance and capability through performance & distributor scorecard to support leadership team on distributor selection and assessment Generate distributor performance quarterly for distributors’ evaluation. Provide distributor sales order information to distributors monthly to improve better visibility for all the order & sales in comply with company policy. Issue tender authorization letter and prepare for bidding files, such as company license and product certifications to support daily sales activities. Work closely with Marketing, Sales and HR team to organize and implement LDDP for better distributor development and improve the relationship and loyalty between distributors and Leica Drive and support DDI project to ensure sellin/sellout/inventory data’s accuracy Drive and support quarterly inventory on-site audit with the 3rd party. As the bridge among sales, distributors and operation to coordinate the channel confliction according to the channel policy.
