Danaher Corporation DBS Leader, Dx Platform in Shanghai, China

  • Drive targeted Policy Deployment (PD), growth oriented KPI improvement at targeted mentored Opcos by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process

  • Assist Opco leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation)

  • Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching Facilitate other DBS training sessions when needed

  • Regularly participate and contribute in PD and Daily Management reviews

  • Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools

  • Ensure productive kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained)

  • Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools

  • Promote and facilitate target associate development in various DBS tools

  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices into DBS

  • Build DBS Sustainability in Danaher’s companies in the region

  • Assist Management Board with deploying priority improvements (e.g., Organic Growth)

  • Builds DBS culture and scale DBS competency to Danaher Opcos

  • Strategic market intelligence to identify platform/Opco growth priorities and support with DBS Regional, platform and Opco market trending, updates to facilitate strategic prioritization
