What you’ll do

  • Drive targeted CVD, growth oriented KPI improvement at targeted mentored Platform or Operating Companies (OpCos) by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process.

  • Assist OpCo leaders in the development of a DBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation)

  • By scalable events, implement, improve, and sustain foundational sales and Marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management and transformative marketing.

  • Identify and establish mentored OpCos and work with the commercial teams (sales and marketing) to install and drive good daily management and problem-solving processes to find root cause and address for driving/delivering growth plans.

  • Promote and facilitate target associate development in various DBS tools

  • Ensure productive and high-quality kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained)

  • Builds DBS culture and scale DBS competency to OpCos

  • Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching

  • Facilitate other DBS training sessions when needed.

Who you are.

  • Experienced in commercial business management and preferred to have P&L experiences. Must be able to lead teams from multiple disciplines and/or OpCos, will be high energy and able to handle conflict.

  • Ability to influence others, must be able to inform, convince, and persuade others to action using DBS to drive sustainable results.

  • Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture

  • Need to be able to think strategically and view the business from a senior leader standpoint

  • Must be very customer focused and have strong interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.
