Danaher Corporation E-Commerce Specialist in Shanghai, China

1、Position Objectives:

This role will execute website content initiatives to maintain and grow the eCommerce channel, optimize the user experience and supply chain, ensure cross-channel consistency and support online strategies. This role closely collaborates cross functionally to support E-commerce team and Operational business goals.

2、Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industrial digital trends, customer needs and on line product portfolio, develop and implement e-commerce strategy to increase market share and business growth.

  • Promoting, managing and optimizing on-line sales funnels for FTAP. Drive success by fostering and embedding digital strategy throughout the FTAP organization.

  • Responsible for managing and working with TP and Dealers to achieve online e-shops’ sales and business transformation.

  • E-commerce sales revenue achievement and devise business plan. Operate existing e-commerce platform to achieve revenue target. Expand e-commerce channels and dig new business opportunity.

  • Responsible for online 1688/E-shops’ management and optimizing to improve business and brand promotion.

  • Improve the brand exposure and market share through gaining the network flow resources and taking full advantage of market investment.

  • Utilizing other DBS tools such as Daily Management, Problem Solving Process, and Standard Work to drive sales behavior.

3、Position Qualification Requirement:

  • 5+ years’ sales and marketing experience in relevant industry, 3+ years’ sales management experience in Multinational company including e-commerce business management.

  • Familiar with 1688/TB and E-shop platform operation.

  • University degree or above, major in filtration engineering or industry related

  • Good command of English in written

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Data analysis skills

  • Result driven, able to work under pressure and self-motivation
