What you’ll do

Enterprise Solution Business Development manager for USCAN/Asia/EMEARole Summary/Purpose :

The Enterprise solution business development manager will lead the commercial discussion with the key customer on our overall enterprise solution offering in the cell and gene therapy area, primarily in assigned territory, but also support in the global scope to strategically develop both offerings and proposals. By expertly navigating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, operations and commercial teams as well as key technical partners) at both management and engineering levels.

Essential Responsibilities :• Work very closely with the internal teams taking a senior role in driving the depth commercial discussions with customers in gene and cell therapy manufacturing process design decisions support in the local and regional markets.• Work closely with product management team and marketing team to brainstorm/establish/execute in lead generating process/actions• Fully responsible in build sales funnel in Process development, ES trainings and service solutions• Understand and guide customer process economy decisions leveraging modern technical solutions based on Cytiva´s Enterprise Solutions offering.• Specifically focus on supporting account managers with strategic customer opportunities as well as the offering development team with specific input to proposals, sometimes owning the proposal development for strategic customers.• Direct communicate and collaborate both locally and globally both with internal and external stakeholders.• Strong contributor in Request For Proposal (RFP) bid process proposal coordination• Drive local understanding of the process development through internal service capabilities and external collaborative network, also drive awareness in established configurable design space for a standard offering FlexFactory process including collaboration with hardware and consumables product management, quality and R&D to assemble bill of materials and costing for each offering package.• Support with equipment and project forecasting in the local and regional market..• Support the marketing teams with the development of marketing materials to clearly and effectively communicate the Enterprise solution offering value proposition to local and regional customers• Increase local competitiveness of the Enterprise Solution offering, identifying gaps in offering and strengthen offering positioning including a knowledge of new technologies• Work with the Evaluation & Offering team to develop pricing and costing models that ensure margins in line with approved business targets.• Supporting the sales team in translating customer needs in highly customized offerings• Drive awareness and promotion internally of the overall enterprise solution and process development brand awareness locally and regionally

Who you are

Qualifications/Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field• 5-8+ years’ experience in life science, product development, or related field• Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge including quality and regulatory understanding (preferable)• Excellent understanding of Cytiva products, intended use and process capability• Excellent client relationships and management experience at the senior customer level.• Excellent oral and written communications skills.• Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams• Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a matrix environment

Desired Characteristics:• 6-12+ years’ experience in engineering/biopharma/Life Sciences• Product Management/Offering/Large deals expertise• Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen• Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas• Proven ability to work globally• Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customersSpecific location desired:

ASIA role: preferable in ChinaTravel requirement 70% within the covered territory (of which 10% internationally)
