What you’ll do
1：Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary trainings in the service areas for equipment.
2：Manage territory service activity and ensure high quality service to meet company measurements (service KPIs), and service business target.
3：Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS) in the field service work.
4：Help driving market penetration and contract capture rate, providing service contract to fulfill customer need.
5：Coach and help other team members to improve whole team service capabilities.
Who you are
6： Bachelor's degree or above. Must be English proficiency (CET-4 or above).
7：Majored in Biomedical engineering, Computer, Electronic, Automation, etc
8：1-3 years or above working experience. Life Sciences application and equipment service-related preferred.
9：High integrity & discipline. Capability of working under customer pressure and travel.
10：Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill. Business acumen preferred.
