JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for finance high potential senior finance staff who can take the leading role of CN plant costing work to ensure manufacture cost is established correctly, tracked in an effective way. Plant Inventory management including correct reporting and ensure effective and efficient internal control is set up and executed in the process. Besides general costing work, the accounting and FP&A supporting work for JAPAC region would be covered as well, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
Lead the annual cost reset and maintain inventory costs. Conduct monthly reviews and analysis cost variances, identifying the drivers of variance for OPS team actions
Lead the review and analysis of the E&O reserve for inventory. Review and control the inventory's relevant PL impact including but not limited to scrap, rework, and cycle count variance. Understand BOM structure in the ERP system, investigate the root causes of cost variances, including but not limited to material usage variance, PPV, labor& OVH variance, and drive improvements
Be able to support FP&A and accounting operations for the CN plant/JAPAC
Deeply understand and closely monitor the changes in balance sheet accounts, be able to drive actions with cross function team
Coordinate and support relevant parties to ensure full compliance with internal control policies
Review and maintain the ICTP updates in accordance with the TP policy
Responsible for development of the team

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least University degree, major in finance
Minimum of 8 years working experience in finance related work with good understanding of Standard Costing Method
Good sense of being compliance with all rules and regulations
Ability to work with high self-motivation, capacity to work under pressure and high request on data quality with strong ownership
Well-developed interpersonal skills and effective communication skills. Business partnership and teamwork mindset
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
Team player and be able to lead small group
Good oral and written English skill
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Oracle and HFM experience preferred
Big Four firm experience is preferred
It is a plus if can speak Japanese or Korean
