Danaher Corporation FP&A Specialist in Shanghai, China

Reporting & FP&A

  • Work closely with the local Share Service team on month-end closing process to ensure delivery of accurate financials.

  • Deliver monthly business performance analysis vs LY, FC and budget for reviews with management team.

  • Ensure monthly reporting is prepared on time.

  • Assist in preparing annual budget and rolling forecast, help to improve planning, forecasting and reporting accuracy

  • Prepare closing deliverables, presentations and supporting materials per company requirement.

  • Other adhoc reports and analysis as assigned.

Business Support

  • Partner with service team to support service business.

  • Work closely with service team in service PL management, and provide recommendations from finance perspective.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Internal Control & Compliance

  • Coordinate with internal auditors during annual IA review, assist with closure of audit issues.

  • Assist with service process improvement and system enhancement

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5 years of work experience within FP&A or Management reporting.

  • Medical device or pharmaceutical company experience is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor degree above with related major in finance. ACCA, CGA or CPA is preferred
