Danaher Corporation HR Specialist in Shanghai, China

• Commercial associates’ payroll and compensation related processes, such as payroll calculation, disabled employment security fund calculation and submission, job security subsidy application. • Monthly Individual Income Tax and Social Security/Housing Fund related for all associates. IIT refund application for all companies. Annual tax filing. • Contractor and Intern management. • Associates life cycle process, such as on boarding, termination process, contract for new hire, contract renewal process, probation process, etc. • Associates personal file filling based on audit requirement • Conduct as focal point for vendors to ensure associate’s social insurance submission on time . • Implement related HR policies, ensuring compliance with the local labor law. • All internal and external audit requirements for HR related activities, including all required government reports and submissions on time. • Data analysis provision and project support when necessary. • Other ad hoc assignments from line manager.
