Danaher Corporation HUM-Area Sales Supervisor (上海) in Shanghai, China

  • Achieve the sales target for responsible area

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with key accounts and key opinion leaders

  • Coordinate with LSS and Service team to solve end user’s problem

  • Manage, support distributors and develop new distribution network

  • Provide product and competition trainings to distributor sales team

  • Support distributor’s sales team by co-visiting customer and product presentation

  • Develop and explore business opportunities in different market segment in the territory

  • Manage Hema/Urine funnel, created by sales team

  • Attends seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s business
