What you’ll do

大客户销售 (岗位职责) 职位描述

岗位职责:

(1)目标:发展和推动指定大客户的业务增长;建立大客户的长期销售战略计划;

(2)关键任务:制订销售策略和任务的年度完成计划;准确预计现有项目和将来的项目机会;提升Cytiva产品市场占有率;提升客户满意度。

(3)责任:在目标市场建立关键客户的紧密关系,通过这些关系,创造项目机会,发展与关键客户及决策者的关系。

(5)销售过程:基于详细计划和策略, 定期收集一线销售信息和客户意见,向公司提供个人工作周报;与地区经理探讨、制定可行的、可衡量的个人客户计划、年度业务计划。确保符合内部销售流程和公司发展需求。能够完成个人业绩目标。

•优先和重点跟踪和公司发展方向(短期和长期)相符的项目机会。

•具有团队精神,以及能够领导不同支持团队完成项目

•能准确预见未来客户和项目的发展趋势,有快速学习和独立思考能力

•具有客户管理和冲突管理能力

具有服务精神,勇于承担责任

(2)知识

•能够将客户的业务需求和组织需求转化为技术解决方案

•具有较深的技术知识和行业解决方案背景(单抗,疫苗,血液,重组蛋白和细胞治疗行业)

•具有金融和商业相关知识

•具有能提供具有竞争力和独特亮点的项目运作能力

•具有解决方案、商务流程、商业条款、合同等知识和经验。

(3)经验

•3-5年的医药行业技术或者销售经验及较深的客户关系

•具有多个复杂项目的销售和运作经验

•有外资企业工作相关经验者优先。

•曾经在类似工作中获得出色业绩
