Danaher Corporation Local Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China

  • Closely work with market access team to speed up the patient charge/reimbursement application process by work with key stakeholder including HCP, pricing dept. and etc.

  • Fully understand the regional market situation and implement the country level marketing strategy and prioritize the key initiatives according to the local scenario.

  • Initiate the local marketing campaign aligned with central marketing strategies and support the local events driven by sales team.

  • Be responsible for the overall commercialized products and implement the local product marketing strategy with support by central product lifecycle management team.

  • Develop and maintain the regional level KOLs and speakers

  • Daily sales support to the local sales and distributors to achieve the regional sales target

  • Master’s degree required, molecular biology or medicine related; MD/Ph.D. highly preferred

  • 2+ years of experience of local marketing or central product management function , in the medical or diagnostic industries.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of products and their application

  • Communicates effectively and strong team player/collaborator with various internal constituents, customers and other stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation skills; able to multi-task across broad number of products and disease state

  • Must be fluent in English
